Finding employment can be a real challenge, especially if you don't have any experience. Yet, to get experience you must first find a job. It is a difficult problem, but an internship is a good way to solve the problem.
INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP
This option can be seen as the pinnacle of the participant’s education. An international internship allows recent graduates to create an easier transition from school to employment in the teaching field. Participants can also gain a better perspective of the educational profession by applying the principles and theories that they have learned in the classroom through hands-on work experience. Furthermore, participants will have the chance to improve their speaking and conversational skills in Spanish and be fully immersed in the culture of Mexico.

REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE
Being a teacher means more than just teaching students, but also it includes: personalizing lesson plans; preparing pronunciation exercises; practicing conversation; creating English language games; tutoring; taking attendance and other administrative tasks. You must demonstrate that your classes are thoughtfully prepared beforehand.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
You will further develop a personal work ethic and be able to investigate your prospective career goal of teaching. Additionally, an internship enables you to develop specific skills and knowledge related to your potential career.
